The officially name of Pakistan is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It is located South Asia. It is the 5th most populous Country in the World. In area, it is the 33rd largest country. The Pakistan consists of four provinces (PunjabSindhKPK (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)Balochistan). The Capital of Pakistan is Islamabad. Punjab is second largest province by area after Balochistan and first according to populations. Pakistan has a 650-mile coastline along the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Omanin the south and is bordered is attached to India to the east, Iran to the southwest, Afghanistan to the west and China in the far northeast.
Pakistan is a member of the United Nations (UN), the Non-Aligned Movement, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Commonwealth of Nations, the Economic Cooperation Organization. It is also a colleague member of CERN. Pakistan is a authorized signatory to the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Agreement, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Pakistan was created in 1947 as an independent homeland for Indian Muslims. Pakistan is only country to have created in the name of Islam. As a result of the Pakistan Movement command of By Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the Indian subcontinent's struggle for independence. Pakistan adopted a constitution in 1956, becoming an Islamic republic. In 1973 Pakistan adopted a new constitution creating, alongside its Pre-existing parliamentary republic status, a federal government root in Islamabad consisting of 4 provinces and three federal territories. The new constitution also specifies that all laws are to conform to the injunctions of Islam as put down in the Quran and Sunnah.

Punjab is known in Pakistan for its respective prosperity and has the lowest rate of pauperism among all Pakistani provinces. It is morally and linguistically varied country, with a similarly diverse geography and wildlife. Initially a dominion, an ethnic civil war in 1971 resulted in the separately of East Pakistan as the new country of Bangladesh. The territory that now constitutes Pakistan was the site of numerous ancient cultures, consisting the Mehrgarh of the Neolithic and the Bronze Age Indus Valley Civilization, and was later home to kingdoms ruled by people of dissimilar faiths & cultures, consisting Hindus, Indo-Greeks, Muslims, Turco-Mongols, Afghans, & Sikhs. The area has been ruled by several empires and dynasties, including the Persian Achaemenid Empire, Alexander III of Macedon, the Indian Mauryan Empire.

The Pakistan continues to face problems, consisting terrorism, overpopulation, illiteracy, poverty, corruption and sexual violence such as child abuse, rape, honor killings, women's rights and child marriages. Pakistan has the 6th largest standing armed forces in the world and also a nuclear power. Pakistan has declared nuclear weapons state; Pakistan has a semi-industrialized economy with a best amalgamate agriculture sector and a growing services sector. The Pakistani economy is the 24th-largest in the world in terms of buying power and is backed by one of the world's largest and fastest-growing middle class. It is ranked among the emerging & growth-leading economies of the throughout the world.

Finally Islam is the state religion of Pakistan, and about 95to 98% of Pakistanis are Muslim. Punjab was central to the independence movements of both Pakistan and India, with Lahore being site of both the Declaration of Indian Independence. Pakistan has the second largest number of Muslims in the world after the Country of Indonesia. The majority are Sunni with an anticipated 5 to 20% Shia. A PEW survey in 2012 found that Six(8%) of Pakistani Muslims were Shia.
