Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships at Macquarie University in Australia, 2019

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is now obtainable at Macquarie University to recognize academic excellence for the international students. This Recognized internationally, Macquarie University is systematically ranked in the top 2nd percent of universities in the world* and within the top 10 in Australia.

The Applicant should have command in English so that can continue his further study.

Scholarship Description:

Master Degree Programme

• The Applications should be submitted before due date which is December 12, 2018. 
• The Course Level of the Scholarship is obtainable to pursue undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree) and postgraduate (Master Degree) programme. 
• The Study Subject of the Scholarships is awarded to study any of the courses provided by the university. 
• The Benefits of The scholarship is up to AUD $35,000, applied towards your tuition fee. 
• This scholarship is obtainable for international students. 
• The Number of Scholarships is not recognized. 
• This Scholarship will be given in Australia.
• The Host Institute of the Scholarship Macquarie University. 
• The Course of the Scholarship is beginning in 2019. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Applicants must meet the following criteria points:

• Applicant should be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand. 
• Meet the University’s academic and English requirements for the course (must hold a full offer of admission by the application deadline). 
• obtained a minimum GPA equivalent of 5.0 out of 7.0 for Postgraduate applications; or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 90 out of 100 for Undergraduate applications. 
• Applied for a program that is longer than one Session in duration. 
• Commence study in session and year indicated in the scholarship offer letter. 
• Commencement may not be deferred. 
• Apply for a course and remain enrolled in a full-time study load. 

You are not eligible if:

• Applicant is a citizen of Australia or New Zealand, or hold permanent residency of Australia. 
• Applicant is currently enrolled at Macquarie University for a program which is equivalent in level. 
• Applicant has completed the same level or a higher level of study previously. 
• Applicant is in receipt of another equivalent or major award or scholarship from Macquarie University. 
• Applicant is a Study Abroad or an Exchange student coming to Macquarie University. 
• Applicant has applied or is currently enrolled at Macquarie University International College. 
• All international students at Macquarie are needed to provide proof of proficiency in English. 

Procedure of Applying:

• Lodge an application for your selected degree 
• Receive your Macquarie University student ID number & submit a scholarship application
