Berlin Graduate School of Ancient Studies, PhD Scholarships in Germany, 2019 |
- The Applications should be submitted due date which is December 1, 2018.
- The Study Subject of the Scholarship is awarded to research and complete a doctorate within the “Languages and Cultures of the Silk Road” program at the Berlin Graduate School of Ancient Studies (BerGSAS).
- The Course Level of the Scholarship is obtainable to pursue PhD programme.
- This Scholarship is allowed to the all Nationality or open for Non-German Citizens.
- The Number of Scholarships is 2 (Two) doctoral scholarships are available.
- This Scholarship will be given in Germany.
- The Host institute of the Scholarships is Berlin Graduate School.
- The Course of the Scholarship is commencing in 2019.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Applicant must meet the following Criteria:
- Who have not resided in Germany continuously for longer than twelve months as of the application deadline
- Who are not German citizens
- Their last final exam M.A (Master of Arts) should have taken place no longer than five years and 9 months ago
- The Applicant should have command in English Language so that can continue his further study Applicants and usually needed to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
Application Procedure:
The application process takes place in 2 stages:
- Applicant submit their applications, including the documents mentioned above, to

- Short-listed applicant are invited for an interview (on Skype) within two months of the application deadline.
