You should have a recent PhD degree in Physics, chemistry, materials science or a closely related field. Earlier experience in Nano scale particle synthesis or optical microscopy and spectroscopy is not needed but is think about a plus.
You should be prepared to split your working schedule between DIFFER (Eindhoven) and AMOLF (Amsterdam), which will necessarily involve some commuting time (see www.ns.nl for scheduling and commuting times). Of course, we expect you to have very good verbal & written communication skills in English.

- The Study Subject of the scholarship is present vacancy is for a shared Postdoc position between the Nano scale Solar Cells group of prof. Erik Garnett at AMOLF (Amsterdam) and the Nanomaterial’s for Energy Applications group of dr. Andrea Baldi at DIFFER (Eindhoven).
- The Benefits of the scholarship is gross monthly salary is dependent on qualifications & experience and will be up to a maximum of €4,154 per month.
